Laurie’s End” is an older end-of-terrace house, modernised to bring in light and space but cosy with woodburning fire and gas central heating for winter and a garden for summer.
Furnished to a good standard and well-equipped, the downstairs has a lounge with double doors to a spacious kitchen/dining area and a wide vista of the garden. The shower/wash room is also downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms one has 5’ bed, the other a single/ restricted twin. There is off road parking for two cars at front of house.
